Where do you get your shoes from?
Products are obtained the same way you would try to obtain them: retailers (SNKRS, JimmyJazz, Footlocker, DTLR/VILLA, etc.), StockX, GOAT, etc.

I am a Premium/Premium+ KixClub now what?
Our premium memberships gives customers access to our KixClub products that becomes available, at least one Saturday per month. Products found in KixClub saves customers money if they were to purchase the same products on the resale market. Premium members also receive one free shipping on non-KixClub products or all products.

Why does my order keeps getting cancelled when purchasing KixClub products?
This is an unfortunate experience, at times someone will want to purchase multiple items or purchase multiple KixClub items within a day (12am cst - 11:59pm cst), which can lead to orders being cancelled. Also our KixClub products are exclusive to our KixClub premium members, if a customer attempts to purchase a KixClub product without a premium membership, then their order will be cancelled. Our KixClub products are limited to 1 item per customer per day (12am cst - 11:59pm cst), this way more people are able to experience the joy of getting their grail or a shoe they really wanted but missed out on.

Can I track my order?
Customers are able to track their order once shipment label has been made.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, all sales are final, unless there is an error on our end.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, but do not be surprised to see that your order has shipped same day or the following day.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
Things happen, but your satisfaction is our top priority! If this were to occur, which is highly unlikely, you can send the item(s) you received back and we will provide a shipping label for your return. If you would still like the item(s) purchased, we will send them at no additional cost.

When does Heat Drops occur?
Heat Drops typically occur on scheduled Saturdays, and have a purchase timeframe of: 11am - 2pm CST.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, a customer has until the order has shipped, to cancel his/her order and receive a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact: sales@j4kix.com
